1.2 By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

• 2.1 Platform: The Opuxvault NFT marketplace, including all websites, applications, and related services.
• 2.2 NFT: A non-fungible token or similar digital asset implemented on a blockchain.
• 2.3 Content: Any data, text, images, or materials uploaded to or transmitted through the Platform.
• 2.4 User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Eligibility

3.1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.1.2 You represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where NFT trading is prohibited.

3.2 Account Creation

3.2.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

3.2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Security

3.3.1 You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3.3.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Fee Structure

4.1.1 NFT Minting Fee: 0.2 ETH per item

4.1.2 Sales Commission: 15% of sale price (payable in ETH)

4.2 Payment Terms

4.2.1 All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4.2.2 You are solely responsible for any taxes associated with transactions.

5. NFT Listings and Transactions

5.1 Seller Representations

5.1.1 You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to sell listed NFTs.

5.1.2 All listing information must be accurate and complete.

5.2 Prohibited Content

5.2.1 You may not list NFTs containing illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

5.2.2 We reserve the right to remove any violating content without notice.

5.3 Transactions

5.3.1 All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

5.3.2 Opuxvault is not party to transactions between users.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Copyright Compliance

6.1.1 You must obtain all necessary rights before listing content.

6.1.2 Copyright infringement cases require maintaining a 1 ETH deposit during resolution.

6.2 License Grant

6.2.1 By listing content, you grant Opuxvault a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote your NFTs.

7. Termination

7.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7.2 Account deletion requests must be submitted through our support system.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

8.1 No Warranties

8.1.1 The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

8.2.1 Opuxvault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8.2.2 Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8.3 Indemnification

8.3.1 You agree to indemnify Opuxvault against claims arising from your use of the Platform.

9. General Provisions

9.1 Amendments

9.1.1 We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice.

9.2 Governing Law
